You do not need to have everything decided. These answers may help.
I am just starting. Can you help me decide?
Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message or call with a rough idea: your area, which items you need (doors, chaukhat, windows) and roughly how many. We will guide you on wood, size and price. We can also visit your site.
What measurements should I send?
Height × width of each opening, how many pieces, and single or double door. Say if you are using feet or inches. Get the final size checked by your mistri or contractor before ordering. No size yet? You can still ask for a rough price.
Which woods can I choose from?
Doors come in plantation teak, forest teak and imported teak. Chaukhat comes in desi sal, kapoor sal and Malaysian sal. Window frames come in teak. If you want another wood, ask us.
Is fitting free? Do you deliver?
Fitting is free for doors and windows. Chaukhat and window frames are usually fixed by your construction workers; we can do it for a small charge. We deliver in our own vehicle across Lucknow and nearby areas, including unloading and upper floors. Delivery charge is quoted with your order.
How do I pay?
At least 50% of the confirmed order amount must be paid before we dispatch. The balance and its due date are written in your quotation.
Can I see the wood before I order?
Yes, please do. Come to our workshop in Daliganj, Lucknow and see the actual wood. Call once before you come so the right person is there.
Will my door look exactly like the photo?
Photos show the design and the type of wood. Every piece of wood has its own grain and colour, so yours will not be an exact copy. Ask us for current photos and confirm the design, wood and polish before ordering.
Polished or unpolished?
Both. Many customers take unpolished doors and get them polished with the rest of the house. Tell us what you want when you order.
Do you take bulk orders from builders?
Yes. We work with builders, contractors and businesses too, with extra discount on bigger orders. Share your drawings or list of openings on WhatsApp.
